Projecting confidence as a working parent

Our CEO, Virginia Herlihy participated in the Career Mastery Kickstart online summit this January, which brought together 30 subject matter experts to share tips to help attendees refocus their careers in 2018. Virginia’s tip concentrated upon projecting confidence as a working parent and the importance of how you frame your language when talking about career choices. Thousands of people attended the online event and we were delighted that Virginia was voted as one of the top 3 speakers.
