Bruna is a Certified Coach who is passionate about empowering leaders to realise their vision and lead effectively as well as supporting organisations to elevate their talent. With 15 years of experience covering international roles as a people and function leader in large and scaling organisations in the Professional Services and Tech industries, Bruna understands the challenges that
leaders and organisations face on their journeys in upskilling, developing leadership capability and scaling commercially.
In her HR roles, she created and facilitated various programs and initiatives for individual development, team building, organisation design and change management; working with executives, managers and teams to drive engagement, create leadership capability and develop high-performing teams.
Her practical approach to leadership and organisation development began during her 8-year career at Deloitte, where she supported the Consulting and Tax businesses with a focus on leadership development and high potential development and succession planning.
After this, she expanded her Organisation Design & Culture Change expertise by leading the M&A HR function of a fast-growing PE-backed SaaS company leading a team responsible for organisation design, facilitating, training and leadership development for acquired companies.
Bruna’s strengths have always been encouraging others, communication and relationship building and she cares deeply about empowering people and seeing them flourish. Bruna is a trusted advisor and coach to her clients. Her work focuses on the whole person and involves developing a growth mindset and increased self-awareness whilst leveraging her clients’ unique strengths.
