Ida Huang
Associate Sydney, Australia
Ida is a person of many countries, having lived in six countries while navigating a professional career and growing family.
Her international background provides her with insights into embracing change and transitions amidst corporate, cultural, and often family expectations. She draws on 20 years of corporate experience in multinational firms, which gives her a deep understanding of the complex challenges leaders face in managing change and transitions, within often demanding environments.
She has coached executives, senior leaders and high-potential leaders across industries spanning professional services, financial services, oil and gas, chemicals, entertainment, and academia to help leaders foster intentional leadership, engagement with others, and well-being. She is known for bringing a balance of compassionate support and challenge, creating a safe space for clients to pause, reflect and take action to align with their career and family values and aspirations.
As a mother to two boys (and a labradoodle), Ida understands the challenges of navigating the different stages of parenthood and careers. Ida believes in intentionally investing in self-care and relationships and celebrating wins along the way – big and small.
Ida is consistently curious and loves learning new things, travelling the world, and karate (an underrated mindfulness and resilience practice!)
