Sharon is an experienced executive and career coach, facilitator and leadership development consultant with over 25 years of corporate HR leadership experience across diverse sectors, including professional services (two top tier law firms), insurance, FMCG, energy and financial services.
Since 2010, Sharon has enjoyed a fulfilling portfolio career as an executive coach, career coach, facilitator, and leadership development consultant, supporting hundreds of individuals at all organisational levels, from emerging leaders through to executives. Known for her warm, pragmatic, and solution-focused coaching style, Sharon approaches every engagement with energy, empathy, and curiosity.
Taking a ‘whole person’ approach, she is passionate about human flourishing and helping people thrive. She supports individuals to get clear about what truly matters to them and how to integrate work and family in a way that works best for their unique situation, both professionally and personally. She then guides them in creating a practical plan to achieve their goals, building their confidence and capability throughout the process.
As a working mother of two adult daughters embarking on their own careers, she has lived the challenges of integrating work and family.
Outside of work, you’ll find her enjoying time in nature, hiking, and exploring new places, balancing these pursuits with a love for travel, cultural experiences, and connecting with loved ones.
