HDYDI help Deloitte reduce female attrition

How Do You Do It delivers the Working Parents Transitions Programme for Deloitte UK supporting women mothers pre, during and post their maternity leave – along with sessions to support working fathers and team leaders. The programme has attracted over 70 percent of new mothers and has seen the post maternity female attrition rate fall from 19.4% to 8.3%.

As a result, Working families have awarded Deloitte UK joint winner in their category ‘Best employer for all stages of Motherhood’ in their 2016 awards for top family-friendly employers.
